The design celebrates 75 years since Animal Farm was first published and depicts the main characters and storylines by George Orwell. Each side tells part of the story, the setting and characters. The seven commandments of Animalism and their alterations are painted over with the underlying message from the story, 'All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.

About the artist: Emma is a highly versatile and experienced illustrator and graphic artist based in Shotley Gate, Suffolk. Since graduating from Great Yarmouth College of Art in the 1990, she has built up an eclectic and exciting portfolio designing and illustrating everything from book covers, to seed packets, greetings cards, album covers and private commissions. She is a published illustrator too. In 2007 she was awarded an RHS Silver Gilt Medal at the Chelsea Flower Show for and exhibit that she designed, illustrated and constructed for Thompson & Morgan UK. In 2014 Emma exhibited at the Ipswich Art school as part of a collaborative children's book illustrator exhibition, showing work alongside superb Suffolk artists including Nick Butterworth.
